CANCELLATION AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

 

Our refund/cancellation policy:  All reservations are non-refundable; a  credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 72 hours -To give cancellation notice, please send an email to wineandpaintnight@gmail.com. or call 401-363-2787 "No shows" without notification will not be issued store credit or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS! If at any point in time we have inclement weather, such that we feel that our customers and staff are at risk travelling, we will postpone and you will be issued a credit towards another paint night.  As always, if you don't feel that you'll be safe traveling to or from your event, use your best judgement and stay safe. If there is a weather advisory in your area, we will waive our 72 hour cancellation policy and allow you to reschedule when things are looking a little sunnier (or at least, a little safer).

 

 Notification emails will be sent to class roster for any class impacted. In addition we will post a notification on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/wineandpaintnight.com.
