What is the cancellation policy?

To make changes to your ticket reservation we require you to let us know 72 hours in advance.  Please understand, while we want to be as flexible as possible, our events take planning, seats are limited, and our venues are compensated by tickets sold.

 No cash refunds will be givin.  "No shows" without notification will not be issued credit or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS! If at any point in time we have inclement weather, such that we feel that our customers and staff are at risk for travelling, we will postpone and you will be issued a credit towards another paint night. Notification emails will be sent the the email on file with your registration.
